10 PVC cross throughs
5 single arm kettlebell overhead squats (every arm)
30 second plank
5 bounce squats

Energy: Snatch Steadiness (each 1:15)

Intro: 1 snatch push press + 1 overhead squat or entrance squats

20 alternating dumbbell snatches (75#/50#)
